The rooms are new, modern, and super clean. The bed was comfortable. Great wi-fi connection. Not far from the airport. (Busy) beach very close by. Breakfast is buffet-style (meats, breads, cheeses, fruit, cereal) with coffee, fresh fruit, and they'll cook you eggs as well. Great deal. I'd stay there again.

The pool is super small. The hot tub on the roof/roof tanning area is small as well. So, if there's a family in the pool or a couple on the roof, it feels crowded. But usually it was just us two, so no problems. The staff were friendly and somewhat helpful and I can't complain. Just don't expect "over-the-top" service. When we asked for tourist information, they gave us a map. But they all speak English, were smiley, and they always had our key ready for us when we stepped in the door.

It has comfy and perfect location close to Rio Cartagena Casino. The area is cute, with restaurants and bars close to the hotel.
